Altiora Energy Colombia Inc. is a subsidiary of Barrel Oil Corp., a private integrated energy company engaged in exploration and production of crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids. Barrel Oil Corp. currently produces 7,000 bod/day and has proven reserves of 24 MMBOE. Barrel has been operating in Alberta for over 7 years and operates three oil fields.

Altiora Energy Colombia Inc. founders had recent success at Buffalo Mission Inc., a junior private Canadian E&P company that grew reserves by 10 MMbbl and production from 300 to 4,000 bopd in two years using off the shelf horizontal and multi lateral drilling technologies at Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. Same expertise and technologies will be deployed in Colombia to unlock significant value.
